  Not a great visit. Cutlery was dirty. Bottles of sauces on table were sticky, covered in mucky fingerprints, waitresses served a table who sat down after us first, waitress complained she “hated the app, especially when its busy” in reference to the offer i had on it which was not working, as if we were very much inconveniencing her, finally the katsu curry came with so little sauce we left a third of the rice/chicken it as it was all too dry. Asked for a little more (have got this option from wagamamas for years and never had so little sauce) and manager wanted to charge for it, even though what we were given barely covered half the chicken, a small amount extra would have guaranteed repeat visits. I now wont go back as this approach was very disappointing.

  After months walking past I finally decided to find out why this busy place was so popular. I don't often risk disappointment in chain restaurents that I don't know... I ordered chicken + prawn & yasai yaki soba. Can you spot any chicken and prawns in the photo? To be fair, the manager immediately acknowledged the issue and brought me a modest plate of the promised protein, which I stirred in to my now lukewarm noodles. Were the food served like this from the start, this would have been a decent 4-star recommendation and I would be back before my next movie. So disappointingly Wagamamas failed the test. But why so busy? I can only assume the young British Middle classes are so used to being mugged off in the UK these days, they don't even notice. Or, someone else is paying the bill so why go through the pain of complaining? The world awaits...

  My girlfriend and I came here and had an excellent meal for my birthday. We had absolutely fantastic food and Celine our waitress was brilliant, she was attentive and speedy. Great evening!

  As it was a Monday it was fairly quiet . Our server Emma was lovely , really helpful with the menu and constantly came over to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else. Food was great and overall a pleasant experience.
