  Ordered on the app and noticed it was sat in ‘quality control’ for 30 mins. Waited until it had been 45 mins since I ordered and called up to ask how long. The guy said 5 minutes but no movement on the app. Called back and asked them to cancel and refund. Not received an email or any sign of refund yet and it still says it’s sat in quality control an hour later…. Ordered from dominos instead.

  Store was empty but the guy taking orders ignored me for 10 minutes while he chatted on the phone. Walked out and went to dominos over the road. Friendly staff in dominos and very efficient service. Shame, this place used to be good.

  My experience with Papa John's Pizza Redhill was extremely disappointing. My order was delivered incomplete — my drink was missing. The delivery driver told me he would return with it, but after waiting more than 30 minutes, nothing arrived. When I called the restaurant to follow up, the customer service I received was unacceptable. The staff member I spoke to, Mohammed, was rude and unhelpful. I was told I would have to wait even longer — up to another hour — for the missing item. To make matters worse, he hung up the phone on me during the call. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, this is the worst Papa John’s branch I have dealt with.
