  Terrible service - the rest of the reviews are totally true. Don’t bother ordering, unless you’re prepared to collect in the hope that they have actually made your pizza.

  This domino’s is without doubt the worst one from which I’ve ordered and unfortunately it is the closest one to me. The dough is flat and chewy (most of the time the dough is soggy in the middle of the pizza) and the barbecue sauce tastes off. In 6 times I’ve ordered from there, only once have I actually received one that tastes like it should. I have ordered from the Surbiton and New Malden ones instead, and it’s by far better than the Kingston branch. Domino’s reputation is getting damaged by whoever is managing this branch.

  Absolutely appalling customer service from the rude Indian lady that works here. No manners whatsoever, and utterly no understanding of how a business operates. Genuinely shocked as to how she has a job here. I order pizza at least twice a week. I’ll be going to Papa Johns instead!
