She was superb and deserves a 5-star rating. She was very patient and understanding with us as we are Deaf and use BSL (British Sign Language). The food were amazingly seasoned, the lamb was moist and juicy- not dry at all! Very impressed especially as it was my first time ever trying wagamamas. Will Definetly come again
- SBShhr BanoApr 13, 20261.0Went to Wagamamas today at Guildford and was disappointed with the service. I’ve lodged a complaint in their corporate office as well. We were served mould ridden bao buns and when we asked the waiter, head waiting staff/manager came out. She was so rude and told us that these bao buns are sent to their restaurants like that, claiming that the supplier was sending mouldy food to their restaurants to be served to customer. She did not apologise or compensated. Poor service and a hazard to health. I will also complain to the local council.
