Awful staff couldn’t help me when the machine failed to give me a receipt for my order, the order was wrong and when I went to the counter to fix it, the used up another voucher to try to fix the issue so I was out 2 vouchers and didn’t have the food I wanted !! The manager has the nerve to then argue with me when I told them I was upset that they had gotten there wrong twice !! Absolute waste of money and will be making an official complaint to the company ! Please do not go there as I also saw many other customers struggling with the orders !

The burger was cold, no pickles or onion and the burger and filling was all lopsided not even straight in the bun itself. The milkshake had been randomly picked up from the side with other drinks and it was warm so not fresh. Disgusting considering the cost and reputation. They obviously don’t care. Avoid this place,

- AGArthur GrundyJan 3, 20261.0I ordered my food but 1 cheeseburger was missing. The manager then proceeded to argue with me and refuse to make my burger for me. Eventually i ended up getting my burger but i shouldn’t have to argue and be denied service when i have payed with my hard earned money. Do better.
