- XXx1 day ago2.0food ok. ice cream machine doesnt work. staff pretty decent and caring. kinda depressing inside though.
- S1Slim_Craiggy 19May 17, 20261.0This is by far the worst mcdonald's going. They are so slow, I waited 30 minutes for my food only to be told someone else took your food. Half an hour of my time wasted. The manager if you want to call her that or at least the duty manager was so unpleasant and unprofessional just came over a said yeah someone has taken your food.... im like right so what are you going to do? I was offered my meal to be done again but I had already waited 30 minutes for 6 nuggets and some poxy chips. I just said no i want a refund and they kept pushing for me to take the meal with no refund. I finally got my refund after saying no about 6 times. The place is a shambles, stop prioritising the delivery drivers and sort out the customers who actually bothered to come in to the store. Thats Is the sole reason they are so slow delivery drivers 100% get priority and it's shameful. They had 3 bags load going out with one driver, and that must of taken some time to prepare.... but 6 nuggets and chips.... 30 minutes. Diabolical service!

- DTDan TApr 9, 20261.0The mcflurry I ordered was overfilled. Way too much ice cream in it. It leaked everywhere and made my hands sticky. I got home to weigh the mcflurry and to my horror the ice cream was around 260g and some had leaked all over my daughter's backpack. I'd estimate a further 15g of ice cream had leaked onto her backpack. This did nothing for my anxiety and caused me to relapse. Do better.

Pathetic jobsworths it's half full I haven't paid for a mini mcflurry. They had to prove a point instead of putting a bit more in what I had paid for.
