  If you like pizza, don’t order here. I have ordered two pizzas from there living less than a mile away I didn’t anticipate for the order to be delivered after 80 minutes. Not only was it late, both items were also wrong. Starting with the size being incorrect, but that’s okay they included two doughs as compensation! One of the pizzas was supposed to have pork sausage (there’s a singular piece) and the other bacon, for which both got just pepperoni. Lastly don’t bother contacting, they’ll just ignore you, rung the phone multiple times and they only picked him up once to tell us the drivers on the way (20 minutes after that call I got a text message about having a delivery driver). Will never order from here again. Absolute atrocity of a service

  Made the huge mistake of not reading reviews for this place, needless to say I wish I had seen them beforehand. Ordered 2 XXL pizzas, 40 minutes after the pizzas were out of the oven, they were still sitting in the store. We waited 5 minutes and then called, the guy on the phone said that the driver was on his way (bearing in mind we're a 4 minute drive from the store). 20 minutes later still not delivered, we knew the guy was lying. In the space of this time we've tried to call 10+ times and are now just being ignored. Then 30 minutes after the call we get a text from uber saying it's on the way, so basically that entire time it wasn't out for delivery, they'd just lied to get me off the phone. The real kicker is when it finally arrived, not only were they definitely not an XXL, both pizzas were wrong, one pizza had toppings not ordered, and both pizzas were missing toppings, and then if that wasn't bad enough, for some reason they've just stacked 2 dough layers on top of one another so the top layer peels off the bottom layer. Inedible. Tried calling them 10+ times and just been ignored, I have already begun the chargeback process with my bank, and filed a complaint with Papa Johns. What an absolute joke of a store.

  Always getting the order wrong. Ordered from here many times. Usually something is forgotten - like BBQ sauce on the BBQ pizza! Called, they promised to fix it next time and give a discount but didn't.
