Always giving this place the benefit of the doubt and always being let down. Rude staff on the phone. Tonight's order yet again missing items, asked for items to be delivered, over an hour and a half wait, phoned, offered a measly £3 refund. Caterham branch needs to be taken to task by CEOs or shut!

Ordered at the weekend with a pre-order, due to be delivered at 18:15. I received my confirmation emails, which included the time. No further communication from PJ'S, through email, call, text, or app. At 18:20 I checked the app and the tracker said there was a problem with my delivery time and I needed to pick a new one. I had placed the order before 17:00. So I had to pick ASAP as we were all hungry and had been expecting our delivery at the time I had had confirmed via email.
Then the tracker said it had been delivered 5-10 minutes before it actually arrived, and the delivery driver wouldn't even climb the 2 steps to the actual door.
The pizzas themselves were VERY stingy with the toppings, and had almost no cheese.
We have been loyal PJ customers since our local store opened (at least 10 years ago, probably closer to 15,) and this was so disappointing for us. There is no way that I can find to leave actual reviews with them directly, and as we ordered through their app we can't leave reviews through other delivery partners.
Overall am really disappointed, as PJs is a rare treat and expensive in this economy, and this was absolutely not the quality we have come to expect.

Absolutely appalling delivery service. I waited over an hour for my food, only for the tracking to falsely show it as “delivered” when nothing had arrived. When I called to find out what was going on, the staff were dismissive and gave completely incorrect information. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t have to chase their own order after waiting that long. I will definitely not be ordering from here again and would strongly advise others to think twice.Absolutely appalling delivery service.
