  I visited the Tesco Café in Haverhill today and would like to share my feedback. After ordering my coffee, I noticed that the table was not clean, so I politely asked if it could be wiped. The staff member responded with “wait a moment” in a slightly abrupt tone, which made me feel unwelcome at that moment. However, shortly after, another staff member came over and, despite not speaking much, was very polite and professional. His attitude made a positive difference and helped me feel more comfortable and welcome. I believe customer experience is very important, and small details in communication and attitude can significantly impact how customers feel. I hope this feedback is helpful in maintaining and improving the overall service quality. Thank you.

  I would like to say, I want ppl to remember this is a Tesco Cafe not a Tea Shop, Barista house or Costa. You pay for what you get and what you get is simple, well priced food and drink. £3.75 for a well sized pot of tea and basic Croissant is great value for money!! The new set up where you order yourself was extremely easy to use, quick and straightforward! The lady that runs this Cafe is absolutely lovely, old school, always so helpful, polite and genuinely cares. You can tell she works her fingers to the bone and puts everything into this Cafe. I can tell by simply looking at the set up that she is run ragged and gets minimal support apart from one or two others. I do hope that her management are supportive and encouraging!! Staff like her are rare!
