  Used to be great but was very disappointed tonight, servers couldn't have been less enthusiastic if they tried and food has gone seriously down hill. 20 quid for some noodles,oil and overdone duck.

  Yo creo que llamar a lo que nos sirvieron Ramen es un insulto a la inteligencia. Por describirlo de alguna manera era una base de agua caliente insípida con trozos de pollo seco hervido y ajetes. No se podía comer. Tengo que decir que lo único medio aceptable fue el menú infantil. Eso si las camareras muy serviciales y atentas. La comida para NO volver nunca más.

  Is this what you call good service from a restaurant?? In order to attract more customers to their lunch set menu, they don’t even clearly state the “limited-time offer” period on the manual front page. Is this really considered good marketing practice?? In fact, the time restriction is printed in extremely small text at the bottom on the back page — almost impossible for the average person to notice! During lunchtime, a main course with a drink costs £14, and with VAT it comes to £14.90. However, if a customer does not order a drink at the time of placing the order, and only finishes the main course after the promotional period has just ended, then Wagamama will “automatically” charge the order as a non-discounted set. This becomes a so-called “reasonable” way for them to make extra profit. As a customer, I was forced to pay additional and unreasonable charges for the drink. The same meal, depending on the timing of when it is consumed, ends up being split into separate charges — effectively increasing the restaurant’s profit. Moreover, the manager explained that Wagamama staff are not responsible for reminding customers to order everything at once to avoid extra charges. The manager also stated that he had no choice but to follow the company’s strict and unreasonable pricing policy!

  My girlfriend and I were served by the lovely Yasmin, super helpful, great service. my girlfriend has left a review for molly before so couldn’t leave another but she has 100 great things to say about both of these girls, they are so fab, what a brilliant staff team!!!
