Server went over and beyond for us, food was brilliant! Don’t understand why the McDonald’s next door was busy and this Burger King was quiet. This is now my go-to fast food place when I’m in the area

This isn't to do with the staff at BK, rather their worthless excuse of a delivery service. Driver didn't even leave the store on the tracker but was apparently stood outside my door for "10 minutes". End result? No food and no refund. Terrible communication and no response when tried to call. If you want food delivered, I suggest avoiding this store.

Have a burger king app so decided to go and eat at the south shields one. Ordered Wednesday special for myself which was a burger for £3 Wife had new bbq burger n chips and soft drink for £6 special offer. Didn't have to wait long and came out pipping hot. What i can't understand is why there are hardly any customers every time we visit compared to McDonald's next door. Hands down burger king is more tastier and value for money compared to McDonald's. We were the only one sitting inside the restaurant for the 20 minutes we sat there. Which is great shame.

Fantastic staff, didn't check the opening hours just saw the lights on. Came in at 10:40 on a Thursday and everyone was so polite and sound, didn't realise I came in past closing until seeing it now. For a fast food joint unbelievable staff, hot and tasty easily superior to the mcdonalds next door.
