- PDPayton DaleOct 8, 20261.0I had my food delivered and the delivery driver gave me the drinks bag on its side with the bag full of coke and walked away didn’t say a word about it, so I rang the store and they just told me to go through the app to get a refund which isn’t possible if they don’t put a receipt on the bag like they normally do so now I’ve got food with no drink, so thanks to the delivery driver I’ve lost out on money and a drink, drivers name is Shah M.

To then told to go to the next window to wait and wait another 15 minutes and then they came to the window with the food and walked off straight away and didn’t give me the drinks I ordered. No one was at the window or in sight to ask. Awful customer service

How difficult is it to put a cheeseburger, small fries and a Coke in a brown paper bag? Absolutely useless. Hey, Mr. Franchise Manager, instead of numpties why don’t you employ proper dedicated workers who actually know what they are doing ?
