I work 2 mins drive from here i now use the one on durham road. Its out of my way but not let me down.
- SMSam MillingtonMay 17, 20261.0One of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. 30+ minutes for an order to arrive, staff not knowing what was going on, in the same time (16-05-26) between 10:30 and 11:15, there were multiple people complaining about missed orders, slow service and the food quality. I myself had to chase a staff member 3 times and it was only when I asked for a refund, the food magically appeared!! No apology just the offer of a free milkshake! Terrible service overall and this is the exception for McDonalds which are usually very good and efficient. Clearly it’s a localised issue with this particular store and I for one will not be returning. Only good thing was the store was very clean, considering how busy it was.
