  Dismal entrance with half dead plants for sale was a start. The young man at the security desk looking decidely bored so i suggested watering the plants he smiled said no and muttered something i couldnt quite hear, but hay i needed a cup of tea and a sweet treat before shopping. Order tea a coffee a toasted tea cake and a caramel slice. We find a table and sit chatting. A young man braught the teacake and we waited and waited. Half an hour later i go to the counter where i was met by a beligulant woman who was not very helpful but i asked for my money back and after waiting another 10 mins i followed her to the screen. So no cup of tea and no sweet treat!!!! Honestly Tescos if that was bad enough i nearly choked on the prices and left with only a small selection of what i needed. Now maybe it was me being cranky or your staff were under instruction to obstruct aisles with trollys or restocking but i couldnt wait to get home. Sat on the one and only bench to wait for our taxi and watched the world go by. And that is not even the end.. i had my cup of tea and started to put shopping away and find you have had the shrink fairies in ..a jar of milk shake was only half full, so im gonna have a grouchy daughter Every little helps.....little store apeal no positive experiance and only half a jar of milkshake...id rather go to lidl

  I have been shopping here virtually every day for 15 years. Its quite a large store. In 15 years i have had to ask the staff for help numerous times. My experience is I have always found them polite and very helpful. The staff on the tills are great. Great store and people.
