- CTChris TJul 20, 20261.0One star is far too generous. The way this shop treats Uber drivers is an absolute disgrace. As a paying customer, I was genuinely shocked by what I witnessed. An Uber driver had already had the order checked and confirmed by a female member of staff, yet another member of staff behind the checkout loudly shouted, “Has this order been checked before you take it?” in front of everyone. What made it even worse is that this isn’t a one-off incident. Every time I’ve been in this shop and seen an Uber driver collecting an order, they’re forced to have it checked again and again by multiple members of staff before they’re allowed to leave. It’s humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Delivery drivers are simply doing their job and deserve to be treated with the same courtesy and respect as every other customer. The way they’re singled out and made to feel like they’re doing something wrong is appalling. This shop should be ashamed of how it treats people.
