  Waste of time got told fully booked but yet loads of seat available what a joke of a place this is stay well clear for a long journey for day outing then get turned away as they don’t want to deal with customers joke shop

  One of the worst places you could possible go to for a Sunday roast. The service and food was equally bad - went there and was told it was fully booked and they couldn't seat two people - I went back to the car, went on the beefeater website on my phone, booked and then came back 5min later and showed the lady who greeted (by greeted, I mean saw us and had the most uninterested, CBA, my name is KAREN so I'm right not matter what attitude possible) us who then begrudgingly showed us to a table. Waited ages for both the food and drinks to arrive- food was terrible - both the beef and the lamb was so bad, you couldn't tell which was which and had both the texture and appearance of boiled shoe leather. Veg was overdone to the point where they were all but the faintest pastel colour of their former selves. As for the drinks, the kid who served us kept saying "2 mins" for about 30min before we got them. No wonder its closing down.

  Myself and my partner come here for dates quite regularly and have always had a lovely experience. The food is always good and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Such a shame to hear it’s closing in September, we’ll definitely miss coming here! ❤️

  I visited these premises today at 2pm to have lunch after work, I experienced a very bizarre and rude interaction with the manager who was called Nicola. I was refused to sit down and eat for some unknown reason even though customers had walked in two minutes before. Several tables were available in the restaurant. I witnessed customers still sitting and deciding what to eat but I was denied a table!! Don’t think I’ll be visiting this establishment again very poor customer service and I’d avoid the disappointment in the future if you are visiting. I felt discriminated being the only brown person there watching other people being seated in front of me still deciding what to eat whilst I explained I am ready to order straight away!!!

  Me and my family went to this Beefeater in Tamworth for a Sunday dinner, the food was so awesome and so reasonably priced,the lady who served us was so amazing, everything she did was so fantastic, she looked after us and gave us anything we wanted ❤️, I totally recommend that you visit this great restaurant, you will love it ❤️
