  The guys working here the evening of 10/02/2026 we're fantastic! They very kindly served me from the door as I had my dog with me and had missed my train. They were really friendly and helpful, going out of there way to help me. Thanks guys!

  I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order from Domino’s in Tamworth. The delivery driver couldn’t find the address, which I understand can sometimes happen, especially if there are signal or coverage issues. However, when I called the shop to ask for help, the situation became very unpleasant. The person who answered the phone started shouting at me and speaking in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he began insulting me. This was extremely frustrating because it was not my fault if the driver could not locate the address or if there was no phone coverage. I politely asked for the order to be cancelled, but the staff member swore at me and then hung up the phone. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from such a well-known brand. A very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to stay away from Domino’s Tamworth.

  The manager of this store is rude, unprofessional and a liar. Pizza contained long hairs so I returned it to store (barely touched). Manager was rude, called me a liar (even though I had proof of hair baked into the cheese) and he did not care. He closes any complaints you raise to Dominos. Avoid

  The worst dominos I’ve ever been to! Pizza came undercooked and when we called to complain they sent another undercooked pizza. DISGUSTING! do not order from this dominos
