You enter the order, click pay and then the machine says words to the effect of "sorry, there was an issue with the order, please try again", then WIPES the whole order - how stupid is that? It doesn't tell you what the issue is AND deletes the whole thing. We tried it twice, gave up on that, then waited at the counter, didn't get acknowledged, so gave up on that too and went elsewhere.

No body acknowledged me at the tills, i am difficult to miss, for at least 5 minutes. Then they read out the order to confirm. Then after a long wait, they gave me my order, which i took straight home. I then found out that they had mixed up my order, and given me parts of somebody elses. If you order a Whopper you expect a whopper, not a Royale. Management non existent. Avoid like the plague, for a new Restaurant it is already going down hill. They cannot get the orders right even when it is written down in front of them.

Someone on the other end said hang on a minute. Eventually we gave up, parked and went in to order. This time we went straight in. Service took ages and the lettuce on my burger was brown. I love burger king but won't be using that one again.

Anybody has tried the £1.99 Whopper? 99% Burger king restaurants do not participate, but you can see it on the App, when you discovered you are not allowed to use it, you are there already and no way to turn back. I never go there because of their promotions. It is not trust-worthy.
