  Fancied a burger king. Went here to get one . Yes it was about midday. But the parking is absolutely abysmal. There putting in electric chargers so no spaces available,work stuff left in parking spaces. So won't be going there again

  I will like to bring to your attention about your staff, one lady Paulina Unfortunately, my experience with this employee was very disappointing. Her attitude toward customers left much to be desired, showing a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to help. Communication felt dismissive and unfriendly, making what should have been a simple interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. Customer service plays a crucial role in any business, and this experience did not meet the standards I would expect. I hope management addresses these concerns and works to improve the quality of service provided.

  My experience at Burger King Tamworth was extremely disappointing. It was one of the worst Burger King visits I have ever had. The waiting time was excessively long, and the overall service was very poor. I was particularly unhappy with the way I was treated by the manager, Paulina. I found her attitude rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She spoke to me in a condescending manner, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, but unfortunately that was not the case during my visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both service speed and staff professionalism.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service every time I visit Burger King N Tamworth. Paulina is always welcoming, helpful, and makes sure customers are looked after. The restaurant is well organised and the staff are friendly. Great experience overall.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Burger King N Tamworth. Paulina was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was running smoothly. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and she clearly cares about both customers and staff. Excellent customer service and a credit to the team.
