- PSpriya sharma3 days ago1.0I ordered two cheese veggie burgers and an Oreo milkshake for takeaway. When I got home, I discovered that both burgers contained beef patties instead of the vegetarian burgers I had ordered. I am a vegetarian and a Hindu, so being served beef is deeply upsetting. I immediately returned to the restaurant, where a member of staff asked if I had definitely ordered the veggie sandwich and then told me that the person who took my order had entered something different. This confirms that my order was taken incorrectly. This is not a minor mistake. Restaurants have a responsibility to take dietary requirements and religious beliefs seriously. Being served beef when I specifically ordered vegetarian food completely ruined my evening and caused me considerable distress. I expect a full refund and hope Five Guys takes steps to improve staff training and order accuracy so this never happens to another customer.

Five guys cover everything in salt, the food is oily and sloppy, the way it is presented is poor and frankly the place aint that good. If the food was better, then I could understand the cost. Thorwing a sack of chips at ya aint the experience people want. Well, I dont. Meanwhile the macdonnalds on the oppose side of the road is now having a major upgrade, so brace yourself for a closed door situation. You're too expensive, too greasy and too out of touch with what people want and willing to pay. Not recommended.

Also I noticed when I got home that I was overcharged... By a lot too. But the worst thing was the music, it was so so loud my partner and I couldn't have a conversation and when we were ordering food we couldn't hear the staff. We had to shout to talk! They also gave us the wrong order too. I'll never step into a Five Guys again. Terrible first experience.
