Ordered a pizza for collection. The man working let me know my pizza didn’t pass the quality standards so it was being remade, he apologised for the wait and even offered me a free drink. Great customer service, highly recommend!!

This place is a joke I have been waiting for 2 hours for my food and now they can’t find my address and they won’t answer the calls or won’t refund me so they have robbed me people please do not use this place

Disgusting pizza delivered to me, tomato sauce tastes like it's been watered down and the meat used was clearly gone off and tasted RANK. Had one slice and thrown in bin. felt ill the next day.

Don't bother, get something off Deliveroo or Just Eat where it's not a total rip off and they put things right if the food is bad

AVOID. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.
I initially tried to place an order through the app, but twice it showed an error. I then reordered through the website for collection instead. Shortly after, a delivery driver arrived at my door saying there were multiple orders placed. We explained there had clearly been a technical issue and that we only intended to order once.
The situation became more frustrating when communication with the driver was difficult, and instead of resolving the issue, we were encouraged to accept all the pizzas. We declined and asked to speak to the manager.
Unfortunately, speaking to the manager made things significantly worse. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While trying to explain the situation calmly, I addressed him politely, but he reacted aggressively and began asking inappropriate questions, including my age, which was completely irrelevant.
This entire experience was stressful and unnecessary. A simple technical issue turned into a very unpleasant interaction due to poor communication and a complete lack of customer service skills.
I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this branch until serious improvements are made in how customers are treated. Horrible service horrible manners, no respect for themselves or others. No wonder why there’s so many complaints.
