  We very rarely order pizza, but tonight we ordered Domino’s for my mum’s birthday. There were six of us and the order came to around £50. The delivery arrived incredibly quickly — around 15 minutes — but unfortunately the food reflected that speed. The sides were undercooked and had to be put into the air fryer before they were even remotely edible. Both pizzas were also severely undercooked. The dough was still practically raw, the cheese was barely melted and one of the pizzas had clearly been thrown around during delivery, with the sauce leaking out of the sides. My dad took one bite and spat it out, and the rest of us didn’t even feel comfortable attempting to eat them. We contacted the store and were offered replacements, but after seeing the condition of the original pizzas, we simply didn’t want to risk another order. The pizzas ended up in the bin and we’re now waiting for our refund, which we’ve been told could take up to a week. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated experience for us. We’ve now had poor experiences with multiple local Domino’s stores, and none have delivered a pizza we’d consider worth the money. It’s also worth mentioning how expensive Domino’s has become for what you actually get. For nearly £50, the quality was extremely poor, and honestly you would be much better off buying a good-quality pizza from a supermarket for a fraction of the price and far less hassle. It’s particularly disappointing when you’re ordering for a birthday and expecting a simple meal everyone can enjoy. Based on the reviews, it seems we’re certainly not the only customers who have been disappointed with the quality. Sadly, after tonight, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

  The pizza and food is fine, but it's uncommon to get either the correct dip, or the dip at all when you pay for it extra when delivered.

  Disgusting food , Looks like they have been told to economise and make the pizzas as thin as possible and reduce the amount of toppings whilst still charging an extortionate amount . I emailed customer service who basically told me to go away as I hadn't taken a photo of the offending pizza . Absolutely disgusting level of customer service

  Just rang up as the app messed up my order the woman on the phone was extremely rude they ended up putting sweetcorn on my pizza which im allergic to and then refused to help and said its not there fault that they put sweetcorn on it worst service ever

  Pizza is pizza everything ok when i used this store. Nice hot and cooked perfectly.
