  Wilting, brown lettuce. Unacceptable in expensive burgers. You're a ten minute drive from supermarkets stuffed full of fresh lettuce. Go and get some.

  Absolutely the worst place for a burger...The staff are rude and totally unhelpful..They don't care about any form of customer service...Ridiculous self service screens that don't work properly...Unacceptable in all aspects of service...Please don't bother wasting your time and money....Avoid at all costs...

  Whopper Jnr meal absolute rip off at £6.29 Tiny cold burger (no bigger than £1.50 burger) and very small portion of cold chips.

  Firstly there was a long queue to use the self service order machines even though there were 3 members of staff standing around customers were still directed to use the self service machines. These machines took people quite a while to use because they were trying to link their apps to the machines. The wait was around 10 minutes for the food but when it did arrive it was hot. Table not cleaned (had to do it myself) lots of food on the floor. Nearly £40 for a family of 4.
