  Getting delivery is normally fine no issues but when ever there is hot weather recently the order gets cancelled a day before or nothing in fridges or freezers gets delivered it’s such an inconvenience this has been said that every time hot weather it always happens and you’d think that they would have come up with ways to prevent this from happening

  I went to the Stafford store this morning to do my weekly shopping, I needed Pepsi max and went down the soft drink ails and on the 24 pack of Pepsi there was a big club card sign saying £5.50 so for that price I purchased two crates, when I went to the till the crates were saying they were £11.75, I queried this with the cashier from the trolley checkout and went to show him the sign, he pointed out that the price was for the 15 can crates, I tried to explain that I didn’t look at the size of the crate just the fantastic offer, he offered to sell me one crate at £5.50 but if I wanted two then I had to pay the full price, I was so embarrassed as he continued to say that I should of looked at the crate size that was my responsibility, honestly I felt like he did me a favour and a charity case, I went and made a complaint at customer service and the duty manager Julie arrived, WOW what a different shopping experience from the checkout operator, the lady at customer services and Julie the manager, they were so apologetic and told me that I shouldn’t of been made to feel that way and Julie asked if I still wanted the second crate, I told her I did and she went to get me the second crate and gave me it free of charge, I was more than happy to pay the £5.50, but she wouldn’t have any of it. What was a crappy experience turned into an amazing experience, the lady at customer services was amazing and made me feel that I wasn’t my fault and everyone makes a mistake, such a wonderful colleague and a credit to Tesco, but Julie went above and beyond a wonderful lady and an amazing manager for the store. I very rarely shop and if I do it is always with Tesco and after today I will continue to shop with Tesco. Sometimes the supermarkets get it wrong but today Tesco got it spot on. Well done Tesco 👏👏👏👏

  Love tesco and the club card prices make it more than worthwhile! I get super bad anxiety in supermarkets so tend to do alot of my shopping via click and collect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Theres never much of a wait either. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the fridge issues they have in summer and during heatwaves when alot of the fridges stop working. The toilets here tend to be clean and tidy and the cafe is okay too with reasonable pricing. On a whole I think tesco would benefit from letting you use clubcard plus' big shop online and not only in store.

  Tesco Stafford has really gone done hill. Store is messy, pickers everywhere chatting amongst themselves like they are on a social, blocking the isles and causing a nightmare to shoppers. Staff not the friendliest. Will defo avoid and shop elsewhere.

  Tesco good for some shopping. But there beef are to small and very expensive. We do like there chicken.. Vegetables are fresh..
