Went earlier this week. I am a regular customer. Despite the fact that it is much cooler there was still a lot of items missing from the fridges that I wanted to purchase, plus for the second visit in succession there was none of the Low Alcohol beer that I have been buying from there for sometime. No such issues at Sainsbury. Tesco to big and have got complacent. No more

Click and collect, My wife booked a slot and a shopping list on the click and collect on a Friday between19.00 to 20.00.On the day of collection I received a phone call 5.15 asking me to collect as soon as possible. I explained I did not finish work until 19.00 and the best I can do is be their at 19.25. as I got their my wife popped in to the store. I packed the baskets I was given and when off to the chippy for tea. once we got home I went to put the shopping away while my wife put our cloths washer on. when she came in she asked me where a couple of the items on her list was. I explained I not seen then , she said they where on the list. In the car and back to the store as I was missing a third of my shopping , After speaking to the manger on site at the time he found my shopping and brought it to me .Back home I went only to find the security tags where still on the sprits , back to the store again to get them removed. I just put this down to it was just went wrong. We booked a slot again this last week and the same sort of thing happened. Why are you allowed to book a slot only to then get a phone call asking you to collect your shopping earlier.
