  Another wait for paint to dry. I love the store because of the food and everything they have to offer but that cafe is beyond a joke! I’ve been 2 times in the past couple of weeks and to say the least my starting comment says it all. First time being in the cafe, me, my partner and my little girl were waiting for some lunch to arrive. We only ordered some fish fingers, avocado on toast and fish and chips, boy was it disappointing! Nearly a 2 hour wait for that and I had to go to work because I wanted to eat before I left, my little girl was starving! The second time, went for a little breakfast/brunch and again another 45 minute wait. The difference this time was I ordered a muffin, scrambled eggs on toast and a yogurt bowl with some fruit, what should have taken at most 15 minutes took 3 times as long! To add insult to injury my little girl had the yogurt with fruit only to find the banana was past its expiry date. I get that Tesco has a kids eat free event ongoing at the moment but if you knew this was gonna happen then get the staff, my family were already starving by the time we arrived in store so adding more time to wait for food is going to make not only us but other people agitated. To top things off, the staff that were in when asking where the food is were also rude, acting like a long delay is ok! I worked in M&S before and I tell you now they can put this cafe out of business. They had staff from the football to come help in the cafe so maybe some logic can go into this aswell. Sort it out Tesco before you lose more custom!

  absolutely unacceptable. meal deal section is an absolute disaster. the forks were non existent. i picked up some dried mangoes and when i scanned them, they wasn’t even in the meal deal items even though it clearly stated below that it was on the meal deal items. instead now i have to eat a crunchie. will not be shopping again. i feel absolutely heartbroken and disappointed in somewhere that i shop each week.

  Terrible. Dirty floors, dirty chillers. Aisles blocked with pallets full of rubbish. When the sun comes out, all the chillers and freezers shut down. Scan as you Shop is never open, Carpark is gridlocked every weekend, takes about 40 minutes just to get out of the carpark. Staff are friendly though. I'm going to shop at Asda and Lidl from now on. At least their fresh produce lasts longer
