  First time visiting this McD's and have to say, it's the best McD experience ever. What made it so good was the front of house customer service lady, Tina. From the "Welcome" when we entered, making sure we had enough sauces when the food was delivered, checking in that our food was what we asked for and what we expected, to taking our trays... simply put, Tina and her work ethic should be used as the benchmark for all who work this difficult position across all McD's around the country. But there us more to be said... what a convenient McD to stop at if, like us, your traveling on the M6. It is literally 1 minute from the junction, plenty of parking (we were in our motorhome), food was delivered to our table swiftly, Tina had the front of house spotless so at last, a McD's I can honestly recommend visiting. Well done everyone at this branch 👏

  The customer service was exceptional because they were amazing when it came to request form the customers as well as the toilets were so clean.

  Possibly the friendliest McDonald's in the UK and I travel a lot!! Great drive thru service, food was fresh and hot, car park was tidy with zero litter! Well done. I'll be back!

  This is without doubt the best McDonald's in the area. The staff are all courteous and generally happy and very pleasant to deal with. The food is always of a high standard and usually quickly served. At busy times of the day it may be a little slower but that gives us a chance to wind down, and is still fast anyway! Over the years that we have been coming here we have got to know many of the staff and indeed it is now a part of our visit to say a quick hello to many of them. A smile and an hello is good for the soul! One in particular is worthy of a mention and she is a legend. Tina is on the front of house and how about this for customer care.....knowing that my car failed its MOT she offered to take us shopping. Thank you Tina! Thank you to all the girls and lads that we have got to know and thank you McDonald's, and to anyone who has read all of this thank you too. Xx

  I been here many times, this is my first time had a bad experience, I ordered on the apps and get a table service, waiting 25mins still haven’t get anything, and I going to counter to check my orders , it’s not my orders, and talk to the staff they said will cook me another new one , I think they are forgot sent the foods to my table and my food was cold , I speaking to the manager, he just said they have two new staff and to busy , this is your company problem, this is not excuse for my order delay, this company should be need a good management 😡
