- LWLee Whitehouse3 days ago1.0Multiple occasions after travelling back from gigs in Manchester the last few months, I have placed an app order for collection en route home. To get to the order speaker to be told they have technical difficulties, can't process my order even though I've been allowed to place an order via the app. The staff have been less than helpful. The visits have been between 12:00-1:00am so nothing too late, yesterday the guy said it's because the tills have to be turned off every day and it takes 15 minutes, he then changed it to say it would be at least 20 minutes. Had to drive to Cannock instead. Maybe you should be turning the tills off at 3-4:00am instead of letting customers down repeatedly?

Empty tables needed cleaning waited for 15 minutes, number had been up on the board for about 5 mins but no food or drinks had come out. They only started on our meal when I went up and asked. Meanwhile they had probably served 10-15 drivethroughs, That was all they were interested in!! If it was the first McDonalds I’d ever visited, it would be my last.
