Needed more staff but that's probably about cost more than anything. Good food, drinks ok, staff pleasant

We were staying next door at the Premier Inn and arrived after we had our dinner elsewhere, about 9pm, it was midweek and the place was dead, I only saw another couple of guys in. We only came in for a drink, would have had a couple but £8.45 for a bottle of Bulmers cider and Diet Coke was a bit hefty so just the one it was.

Loved the hash browns! Had a peaceful breakfast. Reserving in advance for breakfast is definitely recommended as it can be crowded. Our visit was between 8.30 and 9.30 and when arriving it was quite busy. Did not have to wait long to be seated (less than 5min) due to reservation but some others decided not to wait when not having a booking. Food was excellent, hash browns and sausages both well prepared. Tea and coffee available and a few juices. Please note parking validation is required for which a screen can be used when entering the premises through the side door.

I ate at the Ridgacre on Saturday 4th April and ate the Korean chicken burger, it was delicious but I fell ill later that night and was ill for 4 days afterwards. I didn’t feel confident enough to pin it on the burger until my partner went to work a few days later to find out through his co workers that 4 others had fell ill after eating burgers and chicken curry from the Ridgacre in the same week.
