  Went for breakfast today. The service was good and very clean. The food however, overpriced, cold, very fatty bacon and hard fried egg. I asked for a side of mushrooms and I only got one mushroom. Shame I wasn't expecting this. I always shop at tesco love it. Perhaps I'll skip the breakfast next time

  The Tesco Cafe at Rugeley has changed a lot in the last 12 months. It is now one of the best Cafe's and I visit Tesco Cafe's all over the country as I travel. The food is always well presented, hot and properly cooked. The manager has certainly turned things around. Well done.

  Tried the new Shakshuka eggs today at the cafe. Two fried eggs with creamy soft yolks on a bed of tomato and onion mildy spicey sauce. Accompanied by a piece of sourdough toast. Reminds me of Turkish menemen breakfast. Perfect for a cold morning. It's a lovely cafe with great staff. A lovely start to the day.

  Not good,overcharged for cheese scone and a small latte today.I didn’t realise until I returned home.
