  Pappa johns has not been great in a long time i had one the otherday it was okay ive had one just i dont know what the cheese is theyre using now but it wasn't proper cheese in which I had on the one the other day absolutely vile

  Ordered hot pepper pasion got home after collecting and it was a different pizza i checked the box to make sure i ordered it right and was clearly their mistake not happy we didnt get what we ordered

  Tried to place an order staff very rude and put phone down refused to answer phone and Was very abrupt shocking customer service and very rude

  Ridiculous service. Ordered nearly 50 pounds worth of food for DELIVERY on Uber - but the store uses their own driver. Said it was being made and then delivering - 55 minutes later they rang to say they have no driver and it can’t be delivered so I need to pick it up??? I can’t drive hence ordering delivery. I then spoke with a lady who was 1. Totally un - empathetic 2. Not understanding simple questions just saying ring back at 5 pm - it is 12pm currently 3. Wouldn’t click ‘undelivered’ from her side as apparently it is ‘not our fault’ and I should ‘come and collect it’ (I can’t drive hence ordering and paying for delivery). She refused to give me a refund and now I can’t refund on uber as it still says ‘delivering’. Very disappointing and 50 pounds down. Update - rang again to ask when the manager would be calling as ‘Yuri’ said she would get the manager to ring me. Yuri then hung up on me. How can a company hire someone that is so rude and how can they steal money from hard earned workers it is a disgrace!
