  Sent us 2 empty boxes. We ordered 2 pizzas, garlic cheese papa bites and a “giant” chocolate chip cookie however 2 of the boxes were empty. We called up the guy on the phone said “ well it’s not our fault you ordered through uber” in which he then went and spoke to someone in the back, came back to the phone and said yes it was our mistake. No sorry or any sort of apology. He just told us to go on uber and get a refund. Won’t be ordering from here again!

  Ordered online and after an hour and a half we called the place and our order wasnt even prepared or in the making. Yall real ugly for poor customer service. And we all went to bed starving! So yeah this place is very inhumane and dont care about your health….

  I've been ordering Papa Johns regularly for the last 11 years and never had issues with the pizza/food in general but the last few months, every pizza has been awful. The cheese tastes awful, the cheese stuffed crust in particular (which was my favourite crust of any pizza ever) is now too disgusting to eat, the toppings and dough are not as fresh, the cheese and sauce barely covers the pizza base, and the pizza generally is thin and flimsy. The quality has dropped massively and the food is consistently disappointing now, which is a real shame since I always loved these pizzas. I've used up all my remaining Papa Reward points today on my final order and won't be purchasing from here anymore
