  Far too many Click & Collect staff rule the roost and get in your way. Only 2 checkouts open with queues trailing back up aisles. Supervisors standing around doing nothing. Avoid!!

  The last 3 out of 4 of my home deliveries were messed up. 2 of them were out of dates items. The last delivery had bleach all over the food, went on my daughters commemorative dance Tshirt from the Hippodrome where she performed. Tesco have just refunded the bleach (59p) and refused to refund the £35 for the tshirt as we cannot provide a detailed itemised bill from the event organiser. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Avoid tesco at all cost. Absolute crooks.

  Visited this store today for the first time. I made some choices and arrived at the alcohol aisle where I wanted to purchase some champagne. This was in a locked unit and I pressed the button to attract staffs attention so I could get what I wanted. Whilst doing this there were 3 staff members, one being a manager, chatting just further down the aisle. I waited and no one came so I pressed the call button again and waited. Again no one came to let me into the champagne so I’m afraid you lost a sale today. Needless to say I won’t be returning. As I walked away the said 3 staff members still stood chatting. You could probably check your cctv for this. It was approximately 2:45-3:00pm.
