  Absoulty disgusted!The delivery guy needs sacking I've never known such a rude man, he couldn't find the address although he had the postcode obviously needs to download google maps and he ended up in Handsace although im from Lichfield (elmhurst)my son spent 20mins trying direct him to our village when he finally arrived i went to his car to collect my sons order and he was rude moaning and complaining about the distance complaining about my sons directions blaming him. But what really Annoyed me is that he hadnt mentioned he was Recording the conversation between him and me which he later sent to my son my text message. I will never use this company again.

  Between the faffing with payment on the app and the delivery driver getting lost and then blamed me for it despite giving clear instructions for longer than 20 minutes. He then left me a voicemail ranting about him getting lost and about the distance, then proceeds to say he's been to my address before. Not even a sorry when i contacted the store explaining that the driver isnt listening to my instructions and that he's lost.

  Asked for the spicy pizza, asked staff for a suggestion BUT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO SUGGEST THE CUSTOMER AS PER THEIR NEEDS but the pizza was tasteless and service is VERY VERY VERY POOR. Will never return to the store.

  Wouldn't even give it a star. Took payment from bank transfer (TrueLayer) via app but did not recieve order. No order conformation. Called up the store to be told there's nothing they could do and they dont know where our money has gone. Gave them reference number, they said they will try finding out what's happned. This is late in the evening after us being out all day and needing something quick. After waiting another 20 mins with no phone call back my partner called asking what's going on? To be met with rudeness and the phone being put down on him. Never ordering from here again. Money has gone to them it's not even pending, it's a straight bank transfer.
