I had an amazing takeaway experience thanks to Danielle at Domino’s! She was absolutely brilliant at her job, so friendly, funny and full of personality. She genuinely made my night and made the whole experience so enjoyable. It’s lovely to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and makes customers smile. Danielle is a real credit to the team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you for being amazing, Danielle!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and the pizza was undercooked and not enjoyable at all. I expected much better quality and service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve in the future.

Always waiting for your food 5-10 mins when you get there to collect at the time allocated

They had me on hold for 13 minutes after I asked if they delivered to alrewas and claimed they didn’t even though I order from here often, I believe this is quite lazy from the staff at dominoes, Lichfield and I certainly won’t be ordering from there again.
