  Am vrut să achit cu voucherul de la parcare și diferența cu cardul, au spus să aștept 10 minute până când vine colegul, au trecut 30 de minute și eu nu am fost servit, in schimb alți cumpărători au fost serviți între timp, apoi am făcut comanda la aparat și am platit direct cu cardul integral fara sa pot folosii voucherul, după alte 15 minute mi-au zis că pot sa vin sa plătesc și i-am spus că este prea târziu, apoi am mai așteptat 30 de minute pentru a îmi ridica comanda și chiar nu era aglomerat doar că nu au chef de munca și răspund și obraznic la clienți. Dezamăgitor, nu recomand

  Terrible!!! The waiting time was excessive, the food was awful, and the staff's lack of interest was deplorable. On top of all that, I encountered “issues” when trying to pay — I was told I had to wait because the POS terminal wasn't working, while for other customers it seemed to be working perfectly fine...

  Ravi and Harvey absolutely brilliant Made my day so happy and smiley and brilliant service at 10- 50 pm at night aswell After a long 13 hour shift ive had they made my day and cheered me up. Thankyou ravi and Harvey

  extremely slow service only two members of staff in. stood and waited 15 minutes after ordering to then be told that they didn’t have my burger in stock. i asked for a refund to which they took my receipt and walked off for 5 minutes ignoring me standing there. After i called into the kitchen and asked for my refund AGAIN they finally sorted it out after walking 0.2MPH to the till. Why are there only two members of staff working at 6:30pm on a saturday?!
