    Absolutely awful customer service, we waited 35 minutes for our order whilst people walking in were getting served there and then before us. Our sandwich was cooked 20 minutes before they gave it us because they started making other orders. It was so busy (which i understand) but with only 2 staff on and they were making everything out of order. We finally got our food and the salads had nothing in them hardly, missing so many toppings and the sandwich is also terrible, missing things, it wasn’t cut either, i asked for the salad cold and they warmed it up, dismissal for food hygiene entirely. Wouldn’t waste your time.

    Food was rushed. Most of the filling was on one side, had to tell them to spread it out

    Was overcharged... I did mention before paying that the total amount seemed incorrect - was assured it was correct. Asked for a receipt, was charged for a completely different sandwich but told it was the same price... manager(?) then queried what I had in the sub (I'd ordered a set recipe so you can't change it anyway) and proceeded to reluctantly give me a cash refund. No apology - just made me feel like an inconvenience for asking for my money back on something they'd overcharged me for.
