  These people who work at Papa Johns don't care about customers at all. Their customer service is 00000 and they are unprofessional. I don't recommend this pizzeria to anyone. 😡🤮😡🤮😡🤮😡🤮😡🤮😡🤮😡🤮😡🤮

  Ordered through Uber Eats and this has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. My order sat waiting while five different delivery drivers accepted and then cancelled before collecting it. After all that waiting, nobody at the restaurant answered the phone when I tried to call multiple times. I completely understand that driver availability isn’t always the restaurant’s fault, but not being able to get through to anyone for an update made the situation even more frustrating. I ended up with no information, no help, and food that had potentially been sitting there for a long time. Really disappointing experience.

  Shocking service. Ordered delivery. Recieved someone else's delivery which was far less then we ordered. Got called a liar on phone saying I received my ordered. Had to go down with the food which had someone else's name on. They did eventually remake my food. But I wont be back. Which is a shame as food is delicious.

  Drove 15 mins to pick up our order . Drove 15 mins back home only to find out they had missed my wife's veggie pizza off the order . We called them to find out what happened. The lady said they had forgotten to give us the pizza. She said they would keep it warm till we went back to get it. We asked them to do a fresh one because we explained that by the time I had drove back there and then back home it would have been made nearly and hour before she got to eat it . The lady said they couldn't make a fresh one for us even though it was their mistake . I was the one doing all the driving back and forth . So we have asked for our money back on the veggie pizza. Yet to see if we do get it back . Everyone makes mistakes but they need to be handled a lot better than we have had . It's a shame the food was ok but won't be going back there in future sorry.
