  Terrible experience. I ordered yesterday and it took 40 minutes for it to go to 'out for delivery' and 20 minutes later it still hadn't been delivered. I live just over 5 minutes away from the shop but our car is off the road so we paid £2.99 for delivery. Rang the shop and asked why it had been out for delivery for 20 minutes and he just said it was on the way so another 5 minutes later the driver rang and I guided him to the house. The chicken was ever so slightly warm, cheese bites were dried up barely warm, garlic bread sticks were completely cold and had gone that solid that it crumbled when you bit into it. The small pizza was the only thing that was warm. I think it had probably been sat on the side for half an hour. I don't know if they forgot about our order or what but to wait an hour for cold food that costs over £30 is ridiculous. The reason pizza hut and dominos are more popular is because theyre reliable, I've never had reliable service from Papa Johns and its frustrating because when done right, their food is actually nice

  Pizza was nice but service was shocking. Had to repeat what I wanted multiple times and still half my order was wrong.

  Food is usually as you would expect, we got a terrible pizza delivered and usually with most places they would listen agree and either send a new one or refund ...not shout at me down the phone, basically tell me I'm stupid and that's how pizzas are made. No the same pizza we had 2 weeks earlier was great, this one was a mess. A shame I will never order from here again and have to complain to the head office

  If you’re collecting, service and food is fantastic, delivery on the other hand, I waited 1hr and 35 minutes for delivery, the pizza was stone cold! Not even a sorry when I phoned up.
