  Me and my friends came, staff were lovely and food is always really nice! Our server was Emily she was lovely, and Mia sorted our bill when we had an issue, she was really helpful, would definitely recommend coming here

  Had a lovely experience here. The food was outstanding, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and everything was spot on. What really impressed us was Gaia’s service. Despite it being a very busy Bank Holiday, she was incredibly patient, attentive and friendly, and made sure we were well looked after. It’s rare to receive such great service when a place is that busy. We’ll definitely be back!

  My server was extremely rude. She looked like she didn’t want to know; wouldn’t look at us, turned away while giving the food, we overheard the staff gossiping about us. If you like Wagamama you mayaswell just go to the one in Birmingham or go to the local Japanese/Asian takeaway. Left this restaurant feeling Geniunely ashamed in myself after not doing anything wrong. But the food was okay that’s the only reason for 2 stars. However I would strongly recommend you don’t show up here there are plenty of other options in the outlet that will treat you better than a dog. WONT BE RETURNING.

  I wasn’t happy with the service I received. I asked a straightforward question, but the employee’s response made it seem like I was expected to already know the answer. Their tone felt rude and unhelpful rather than friendly or informative. A simple, polite explanation would have been much more appropriate. I hope staff are reminded that not every customer will know everything and that everyone should be treated with respect. her words “ okay your being rude now I’ll just go get a manager” when I didn’t ask for a manager to be present and she got all angry blaming me like it was my fault. it’s always these incapable young workers that don’t know how to do their job. The manager came over and didn’t really do a good job and wasn’t any help either basically implying for us to get out. We explained what happened and he wasn’t even listening never again I’ll take my business somewhere else!
