We ordered at the pay machine so we could see exactly what we wanted, our 1st time at a five guys. We didn't wait too long for our food and it was freshly prepared, as we could see them doing it. A nice man called our number and I said about the drinks cup, he said help yourself after I said we hadn't bern before and ordered at the machine. The cold soft drinks are unlimited. We ate our food a cheeseburger, a bacon cheeseburger and 2 portions of fries, which there was loads of. All the food was lovely and hot. Overall a good experience for our 1st visit
