  Tried 5 Guys for the first time, the whole experience was superb! Friendly service and the burger was just amazing, the Fries were very good too. We will be most definitely returning!!!!

  Food was amazing!! The atmosphere was outstanding and to top it off we had awesome customer service from Lewis. He treated us with so much respect. He made our experience so much better than it could of been!! Thank you.

  Ordered 2 burgers and fries via uber eats, fries wasn’t in the bag so I called the restaurant for support but the manager just apologised and offered no resolution. I asked for the fries to be re-delivered but as the drivers are 3rd party he had no way of getting them back out. I then asked for some sort of voucher/refund but this wasn’t possible for him to do either, he just said you’ll have contact uber eats and say you’ve spoke with the manager. I put in a refund request with uber eats but this was rejected and said i wouldn’t be eligible for a refund so now I’m out without fries and £7 lighter. Furthermore the burger was poor quality and lacked taste, disappointing as I often eat at five guys and have never experience this before, Very disappointing.
