  AVOID VILE STAFF AND RUDE WHEN YOU ARE TOLD TO RING THE STORE TO SEE IF YOUR PARCEL HAS ARRIVED THEN THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEN WHEN THEY DO THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON PURPOSE MAY I ADD 😡 ERM RUDE . WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN 😡😡😡😡😡

  A lovely shop that has lots of choice . Pleasant helpful staff. A car park too which is handy on a busy road. Theres an ATM handy too.

  Really disappointed with the customer service at Nisa Local on Horninglow Road in Burton-on-Trent. Staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving even a simple issue. I had to repeat myself multiple times and still didn’t get a proper response. The worst part was the Evri drop-off and collection service — completely disorganised and frustrating to deal with. It felt like customer concerns just aren’t taken seriously here. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a local shop. Not recommended for anyoneone.

  A wonderful little supermarket. Perfectly placed... and competitive prices.... and I would normally give 5 stars...but there I one issue.... just one young lady who never ever looks happy to serve a customer unless she personally knows them. Miserable as hell. It's not the first time I've noticed it and in the past I have let other people go ahead of me so I don't have to be served by her. Cheers up please.
