Awful manager. Ordered a gluten free pizza and another deal which arrived incorrect on 03/09/2026. I called them right away and they seemed great as they offered a full refund. No confirmation of refund at all just the managers word that it had been issued. I waited an had no refund. I contacted domino's customer service which forwarded me to the Horninglow branch. They didn’t respond to my first email so I sent a second one a week later and had a phone call saying they will issue the refund as it wasn’t issued last time. Another week has passed and still I am yet to receive any refund. 27 days have passed and yet no correspondence at all from them. Awful customer service.

Food was ok, would of been spot on if it was actually what we ordered, this is the second time this has happened, totally unacceptable

Easy to order and good deals. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Can do with some music in the dining area. Overall value for money and then some.
