  Absolutely appalling experience at Domino's Burntwood. I ordered through the app and received a notification saying my order was ready to collect. When I arrived at the shop, there was no pizza ready, and I was told I would need to wait another 10 minutes. When I asked why, the staff insisted it "just wasn't ready yet" and offered no apology or explanation. While I was waiting, I noticed one of the delivery drivers quietly return to the shop through the back door with what appeared to be my order. The staff then handed that same order to me. When I asked whether my food had been mixed up with the delivery driver's order, one member of staff finally admitted they had made a mistake. It turned out my collection order had been given to a delivery driver by mistake. Instead of apologising immediately and preparing a fresh order, they simply gave me the same food after it had been taken out of the shop. When I got home, both the pizza and the wedges were cold. As the order had already been taken out of the shop and handled by someone else, I didn't feel comfortable eating it and ended up throwing it away. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What I can't accept is the lack of honesty, accountability, and customer care. Had they admitted the error from the start, apologised sincerely, and made me a fresh order, I would have been perfectly happy to wait. Instead, they tried to hide the mistake, leaving me with cold food that I couldn't trust to eat. This was an extremely disappointing experience and not the level of service I expect from Domino's. I won't be returning.

  Amazing customer service. They were so nice and friendly. I would recommend the meateor it’s so delicious!

  Had a collection on Friday. Served by a lady called Millie. Very caring and attentive. Order correct and tasty, I jokingly asked who made the pizza, Jem she said. Thanks both, lovely food will buy from Domino's again. Excellent

  Decent pizza place and has alright prices for the food could be a bit cheaper but I’m fine with the price for the quality. I think it’s probably the best place to buy pizza from in burntwood, also seems to be quiet hygienic and would recommend to other people in the future. I think I’m they should add dog pizza soon though since it seems to be quiet tasty.
