  Well parked upfor the night and needed food all ok. But then found this great little sports public house. As soon as I walked through the door was a smiling barmaid. (Thanks my darling you know what I drink) it is a small friendly pub. They had music (for those who want it) and then they had tv all set up for a team in Manchester. I spoke to a gentleman about watching the Stockport County game (yes they won). And he & Kim kindly put the tv on in the back games room. Over all I would come back here again. Being a long distance lorry driver. Thank you to all the staff. If your wondering why I gave you 4 stars. Their is always room for improvement. But you have done well. Thank you

  Great vibe in this pub - events every Friday/Saturday and love the fact you can watch any sporting event on one of the many wide screen T.V’s. Cant believe how competitive the drinks are - never seen such good prices!! Love this place!
