  Staff are rude. food is great that’s the only reason why i would return here as often as i do, the staff are blunt and rude. if you want nice food come here they’re chicken is great and wingstop style fries are lush, but if customer service or Service in general is important to you then i woudnt bother coming here.

  This is our second visit to a Wingstop, first one was in Cardiff which was really good and this one didn't disappoint, lovely food, the seasoned fries were awesome, lovely friendly service again, top marks!

  We came here for lunch, Deotima was absolutely fantastic and was very attentive. She explained things thoroughly and gave great recommendations. A credit to the team!

  Food is genuinely good, prices are decent, and the staff are generally polite. Since it’s a cloud kitchen setup, everything is usually quick and smooth. The only thing that really puts me off is the review process. I’ve honestly never seen such review-hungry people. Every time I visit, staff stand next to customers and push them to leave a 5-star review on the spot. It feels very forced and makes it difficult to leave an honest opinion, especially if you have any genuine complaints. Out of the 1.7k reviews, a lot of them honestly don’t feel natural because customers are constantly being pressured or bribed into reviewing. And before anyone blames the staff, this clearly feels like something coming from corporate management itself. This kind of practice should honestly be stopped by the corporate team because it ruins the authenticity of reviews and makes customers uncomfortable. There used to be one girl on the team, I think her name was Neeha or something similar, who simply asked whether we wanted to leave a review and never forced anyone. That approach felt much more respectful. I don’t really see her around nowadays, but honestly, bring her back. I visit quite regularly, around 2–3 times a month, so this is coming from a repeat customer. Food, service, and overall experience are good, but the forced review culture really ruins the vibe. Also, £1.50 for such a tiny ranch dip is outrageous.
