- TTTaylaAug 8, 20265.0Lucie was our server! She was brilliant! Our drinks were constantly topped up. She came to the table even before we had to flag her to assist us. And the kids were given balloon animals at the end too. Food was also great!

Our waiter was Ethan and Liam and he was very attentive. Food was cooked to perfection! Overall a great experience!
- JLJes LambertAug 6, 20262.0Firstly we were staying at an adjacent hotel and we were attracted by the big sign saying 20% off for hotel guests.Of course we should have read the small print.This does not include special offers.One of us ordered a Black currant drink,got Lime.I ordered a steak really well done,it was on the outside but not in the middle , rare. Would you like another drink ,yes please.It never came,although the waitress did apologise. After a 12 hour day at work and a 300 mile drive i just could not be bothered arguing.Of course we never got the 20% off. Disappointing visit.

And we now know that’s it’s the chicken because it was also him and brother who got sick too. We love coming here as a family but it’s disappointing when the chicken is cold in the middle and later on getting ill because of it.

Lucie B was our server and she was nothing but friendly and helpful - never have I had service be so upbeat and joyful. Even when there was an error with the order (machine fault, not human error), the team were quick to get it solved. Also had some interactions with Dave who was equally as friendly and made sure everything was great with the meal. As long as the staff don't change around, more than happy to come back here! :)

How can I make a restaurant booking?
You can make a booking via our website or via the Fridays Rewards app. Head to www.tgifridays.co.uk/find-us to locate your nearest restaurant.
How can I cancel or amend my booking?
You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
