  Summer was such a great server! She gave our boys another activity sheet, added extra cheese onto my sons main, and even made me aware that there are now chilli flakes on top of the sesame chicken strips, and added a pot of sauce on the side for me! She was so lovely and made our experience fantastic!

  Ethan took us straight to our booked table. He ensured that we were well taken care of. Coming back numerous times to check. It was a great experience. We are members in Australia and we brought our friends here to enjoy. Ticked all the boxes.

  Absolutely amazing service at the Southampton retail park restaurant, our server Dave S was outstanding, very friendly and definitely a credit to the place, if we could give more than 5 stars for his service we would, the food was amazing also

  Food was absolutely rubbish. What was described as Cajun spiced had no taste of it. A Red Devil margarita which had a garlic spicy on the rim!! And yes garlic on a cocktail drink!! Vile!! All the food was cold and it’s not like the place was packed, they had all of 7 tables with customers. Most of the food also tasted stale or had like freezer burn taste to it. My son was sick and I’ve just been sick at home too now. The plus was that some of the staff were nice, there was some whispering and pointing by certain staff about my sons vomit which we had placed into a bag and cleaned up rather than leave it splayed out on the table. Would never return here and nor would I recommend it to anyone.

  one of the worst places I’ve ever eaten We ordered a ribeye steak which I specifically asked does it come with fries. We told yes I ordered a side of cheese and bacon fries for my meal . The steak came out with My cheese and bacon fries on my husband steak and we were asked if we would like a plate to slide them onto a plate for me, my husband could not eat a steak cause it was so fatty we told the manager that we could not eat the steak and we were given a 20% discount on a £32 steak even though my husband could not eat it so we ended up paying for something. My husband could not eat the waitress then bought the bill over the table straight away as she clearly wanted us out of there weren’t even asked if we wanted desserts and we said we wanted desserts and the waitress goes oh nobody told me to my reply was for nobody asked us so we left with empty bellies and no desserts will definitely not be going back again
