  Below-par service again, and there are no cash/card trolley self-checkout machines anymore. Customers still value being able to use a combination of cash and card on the trolley self-checkouts. I ended up having to go through to the basket self-checkouts instead, which meant I was unwillingly taking up space and blocking things up, with other customers using the basket self-checkouts understandably getting annoyed. But what choice do I have?! There are still three cash/card basket self-checkout machines available, so I think a bit of a rethink is needed here by the Store Management team. Obviously, removing the cash/card trolley machines probably saves the store a lot of hassle, but you have to ask yourself: is it actually any good for the customer? I’d certainly say no. The current setup creates unnecessary inconvenience and congestion, particularly for customers with a trolley who need to pay using both cash and card. Surely there’s a better solution than forcing those customers onto the smaller basket self-checkouts.

  "Found a live maggot inside a fruit pot (Use By: 7th) at home. When I was originally in the store, I spotted a maggot in a completely different pot on the shelf. I pointed it out to a staff member, but he refused to look closely because he 'didn't want to' and dismissed it as a piece of grape, telling me to just put it back. I put that contaminated pot aside, checked the remaining stock, and picked what looked like a clean, different pot—only to find another live maggot inside this one when I got it home. Clearly a widespread batch issue and shocking staff training."

  Just had my food shop delivered. Only missing one item and it was on time. A special thank you to the delivery driver!! Im sorry I dont know his name. Charming and bubbly. Definitely a credit to tesco. Thank you

  The young lady by the cigarette and Lotto counter was so helpful and had all the patience to assist me in getting something reasonable for my budget. Was my 1st time shopping here, great service good prices, it's clean and all the staff are helpful.

  I love this tesco, it never really changes unlike other stores, things stay in the same place and I like that for a quick shop. Their seasonal isles are always the best and of course now the handy added bonus of the club card discount. Plenty of parking. The store even has its own coffee shop. I love it!
