  This Tesco Express store is poorly laid out compared to other Express Stores. It lacks choice with so many items that you can get in other stores. The ready meal selection is pretty dire & no meal for 2 night in options. Why they have an Inpost parcel locker system inside the store beats me.?? That space could have been better served with the coffee machine instead. The coffee machine is in the wrong place in my opinion & another food chiller could have been installed & put to better use offering more produce. No one hardly ever on the tills until they’re called for. Come on Tescos up your game on this store.

  Unfortunately, this Tesco Express is very poorly managed. The store is frequently closed during the day due to technical problems or staff shortages, often without clear information. Payment issues are also common — sometimes cash is not accepted, other times card payments are unavailable. Additionally, there is often no cashier present at the till, which leads to unnecessary waiting. Overall, the service is unreliable and disappointing. Tesco management should review how this store is being run.

  This Tesco Express is honestly a complete joke. The store is frequently closed during the day — sometimes for short periods, sometimes for the entire day. Almost every visit there’s a note on the door about a “technical break,” “technical issues,” or lack of stock. It has become the norm rather than the exception. Payment is another ongoing problem. Very often they do not accept cash, and other times card payments are not available either. You never know whether you’ll actually be able to pay for your shopping, which makes this place a huge waste of time. What makes it even worse is the checkout situation. When you want to pay, you usually need a cashier — and the cashier is almost never at the till. Instead, they are somewhere else in the store, and you’re left standing and waiting until they eventually show up, usually without much enthusiasm to help. Overall, this is one of the worst Tesco Express stores I’ve ever visited. The main Tesco management really should take a closer look at this location, because the level of organization and customer service is far below acceptable standards.

  This Tesco Express store unfortunately does not meet the standards expected from a chain supermarket. There are very frequent shortages of basic products, and the assortment is clearly worse compared to other Tesco Express locations. Fresh bread is often unavailable, which should be a standard in this type of store. Additionally, the shop is sometimes closed for several minutes during the day because the staff are allegedly helping the delivery driver unload goods. From what I understand, it is the driver’s responsibility to place the delivery pallets in the storage area, so closing the store during opening hours is very inconvenient for customers. I was also personally a witness to situations where staff members were smoking cigarettes and joking with the driver rather than actually helping, which creates an unprofessional impression and negatively affects customer service. It is disappointing that a store operating under the Tesco Express name differs so much from other locations of the same brand.
