    I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway branch because of a staff member named Vikram, who called himself the floor manager. Unfortunately, he lacked basic customer service skills and showed very poor behaviour towards customers. Today, I came to eat, but I ended up leaving the store because of his insulting and argumentative attitude. While my sandwich was being prepared, I politely asked for a little extra sauce. Instead of helping, I was told in a rude and disrespectful way that they only allow “3 lines” of sauce and that I had already received enough. I simply asked for a little extra from the sauces already added, but the way I was spoken to felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I have visited many halal Subway branches before, and staff are usually respectful and accommodating if a customer asks for a small amount of extra sauce. No one tries to lecture customers over something so minor. Customers should feel welcomed, not embarrassed or argued with over a simple request. This is not the first issue I have had with Vikram. Previously, I noticed the store being closed before the official closing time, and I was told they shut early because they needed time for cleaning. After speaking with the franchise owner, things improved for a while, but unfortunately the attitude of this so-called floor manager has not changed. It is disappointing to travel specifically to a halal franchise and be treated this way. Some customers travel far because halal options are limited, and they deserve to be treated with respect. I also have a photo of the staff member, but out of respect for personal privacy and ethics, I am not posting it publicly. My intention is not to target anyone personally, but to highlight poor customer service and hopefully encourage improvement. At this point, I am completely fed up and will not be visiting this branch again. I would rather travel farther to another franchise where customers are treated properly, respectfully, and made to feel welcome.

    Visited Subway for the first time because I was looking for halal food. Since I didn’t know what to order, I politely asked the staff for help. Unfortunately, one of the employees was rude and kept shaking his head while serving me, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It felt like he was acting as if he was giving the food for free instead of simply doing his job. Very disappointing experience.

    My experience at Subway was truly above my expectations. First of all, the cleanliness and organization of the place immediately stood out; as soon as you walk in, you feel a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and attentive, patiently helping me through the ordering process and preparing my sandwich exactly to my taste. The freshness of the ingredients really makes a difference. The bread was warm and soft, while the vegetables were crisp and vibrant. The variety of sauces adds an extra layer of flavor, making the sandwich even more special. Being able to customize your own sandwich is also one of the biggest advantages that sets Subway apart from other fast food chains. If you’re looking for a quick yet satisfying meal, this is definitely a great choice. In terms of price-performance, I found it very satisfying as well. With its taste, quality, and service, it’s a place I would happily visit again. Highly recommended.
