  Absolutely disgusting pizza they delivered yesterday... Usually I was happy with them but this time just had to leave a review. Fat, burnt, went straight to the bin. What a disappointment.

  Fine service, but as a non dairy person… terrible options! I’d much rather have a frozen pizza from sainsburies than a non dairy option from here. There’s only two options for non dairy pizzas, and you can’t have a meat option with vegan cheese substitute. I tried to ask for a pepperoni with vegan cheese substitute and was told it was company policy that they couldn’t do that… Plus I think I needed up with a gluten free pizza base on my pizza… which is really not a very good gluten free pizza base… it’s practically a biscuit base…reminds me of the very first gluten free pizzas that ever came out.. oh and another thing… it’s not even the regular sauce

  I haven’t been to this Domino's in a while after a bit of a letdown last time, but I’m glad I gave them another shot the other night. ​I was greeted by Ash, who was spot on. He was super friendly, seemed genuinely happy to be there, and clearly knows his stuff. He made a cracking pizza and honestly put this place back on the map for me. Great to see the standards back up where they should be!

  I ordered a Veg Supreme pizza from Domino’s which cost me £15.50, but instead I was given a non-vegetarian pizza. This is completely unacceptable, especially for customers who strictly follow a vegetarian diet. When I contacted the store to report the mistake, the staff behaved very rudely and showed no concern for the issue. Not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but they also did not offer any refund or proper solution. Customer service should be respectful and helpful when a genuine mistake happens. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing — wrong order, rude behavior, and no refund. I hope management improves staff training and customer service standards so other customers don’t face the same problem.
