    Waited in the drive through for 35 minutes, obviously can't turn the car to just leave and nobody was responding on the intercom. Had cars behind obviously getting annoyed and beeping so the car in front just drove without placing an order and we just drove around to the window to place our order. The gentleman tried telling me we have to order at the intercom. I just said to him that we can't order if nobody answers the intercom and I refused to move till they took our order. Had a little moan about them ignoring the drive through, to take orders inside and delivery orders. 45 minutes later we get our food. Chips were cold, burgers had no lettuce and they totally forgot to even give us our chilli cheese bites. (Fuming but couldn't do anything about it cos there's no way i was waiting all that time again and couldn't go in because I wasn't appropriately dressed) burger king doesn't have a email address to take complaints and when you go to where they send you and press on the link it says it isn't working and to try again later.

    There were 2 people inside. I went to get a delivery, waited for 10 minutes straight in front of their eyes, and called them 3-4 times. None of them responded or came to me. They haven't even checked the order number. I get it that it is summer and they are doing a hard job. But so do I. They were serving dine-in and drive-through orders very well. Seems like they don't bother serving their customers who have ordered online. Aren't they your customers as well? Why make them wait? I thought it was just McDonald's stuff that doesn't care about its customers who order online. Seems like everyone is becoming the same. Doesn't matter if it is Burger King that used to compete with McDonald's in quality. Hope you will take this matter seriously. If you do, please let me know, and I will delete this review. I am not a bad person who would make bad reviews to harm your reputation. I just wanted to bring this matter to your attention. That's all. Thank you.

    Very slow no effort what so ever from staff they can only achieve one meal at a time between them staff wandering around doing nothing whilst loads of people wait for food food goes from one n progress to ready them disappears from screen whilst still waiting over 21 mins and still no food

    First time ordering from here and I was expecting big things considering how much it costs. The food was freezing cold, dry as well had absolutely no flavour. The ice creams were £3 each and I could still see the bottom of the cup I literally had to ask for more ice cream which even the man working agreed. Definitely would avoid this place, nobody stays at front to serve people all hide round the back until they get your food. I ordered 3 burgers all of which were dry and absolutely nothing like pictures or anything like any other Burger King I’ve eaten from. Overpriced, poor quality and low customer service. I’d rather go McDonald’s down the road which says a lot. Only getting 2 stars instead of 1 because of at least the order was correct.
