  Made an order, wasn't on screen so I asked is my order being prepared at the desk. Was nodded off rudely and mumbled yes at so I waited another 10 minutes. Get called over, as expected it didn't go through. When asked why they said it was "Oh I thought you were asking about another order" ??? I wouldn't of asked if it was on the screen would I? No apology ofcourse. Closing time states 11pm on Google, might want to change it if you're going to lock your doors at 10.

  I had one of the worst experiences at Burger King today. I specifically ordered a chicken burger, but they served me a beef patty instead. As a Hindu, this is extremely upsetting and disrespectful to my religious beliefs and dietary restrictions. This kind of mistake is unacceptable in any restaurant. Staff should be properly trained to handle food orders carefully, especially when it involves religious and personal sensitivities. I lost trust in the food handling and service standards here. Very disappointed with the carelessness and lack of attention. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone unless they improve their quality checks and customer service immediately.

  Disgusting. Took Fries back as were cold along with the burger that ended up in the bin. I paid £30 for this rubbish. It is not on. Avoid.
