  Dirty restaurant, ripped seats and dirty tables. Food very expensive considering the burger is like warm, onion rings only just warm and soggy. Only ketchup available as mayo is 40p a sachet and found the food to be really poor for the money charged. Won’t be using again as there is far better available on the high street

  Last Tuesday I was ‘Served’ by a Connor. However, ‘Served’ would be an exaggeration. Rude, impatient and deliberately unhelpful. The Restaurant was quiet and air conditioned so there is truly no excuse for poor Service and serving cold food. Many Staff witnessed Connor’s abysmal service and not one stepped in to assist or rectify his mistakes.

  Made an order, wasn't on screen so I asked is my order being prepared at the desk. Was nodded off rudely and mumbled yes at so I waited another 10 minutes. Get called over, as expected it didn't go through. When asked why they said it was "Oh I thought you were asking about another order" ??? I wouldn't of asked if it was on the screen would I? No apology ofcourse. Closing time states 11pm on Google, might want to change it if you're going to lock your doors at 10.
