I was shopping here today, used the self service checkout as I was walking away my shopping bag burst spilling my goods, the staff member came across and offered me a bag I gratefully accepted, but she didn’t give me one she went to the nearest till and rang it up, I had to pay 40p on my card, where is customer service these days when a customer is in difficulty you charge them for helping them out, I was a manager in retail for forty years, and that I would never have done, I was very disappointed in that mindset now to help but with a cost,

Waiting on a huge Tesco order when the app suddenly said it had been cancelled. Called customer service and Mathew sorted it perfectly — the road to me was closed for works until the next day. While I was trying to arrange a collection, Jess the delivery driver had other ideas. She took the only other possible much longer route, not knowing if she’d even get through or if I’d still be there. She made it. Full order. Beautiful smile. Absolute magic. Thank you so much, Jess. Hope you got your day off. See you again soon. A huge thank you to Mathew too — the way he handled it couldn’t have been better. Jason

Order delivery. One item was not in stock, so they charged me fully but the item was excluded apparently. I deleted all the confirmation emails as I had no doubts about Tesco's proficiency. I called the support team and they told me that the refund is already issued and the only thing is just to wait 3-5 days or around that. So it's been about 2 weeks - nothing. Scammers.
