  Great place to stop for a bit of everything. Snacks, pre-made meal, meds, socks, what ever. Smaller than expected but everything was there.

  I had a very disappointing experience at my local Tesco in stirling FK81NP yesterday. 09/07/2026. I felt that I was treated differently by a female member of staff because of my ethnic background, which left me feeling that I had experienced racism. When I asked to speak to the store manager, I expected my concerns to be heard fairly and professionally. Unfortunately, before the manager came to speak with me, it appeared that the staff member had already explained the situation from her side. When the manager arrived, I felt she had already made up her mind and was more interested in defending his colleague than listening to my concerns. Instead of taking the complaint seriously, she came across as dismissive and unprofessional, asking, "What's the problem?" without giving me a fair opportunity to explain what had happened. Given the recent concerns about racism in this area, this experience was deeply upsetting. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and to have their concerns heard impartially, especially when raising a complaint about possible discrimination. I am sharing my experience so that others are aware and so that Tesco can take customer concerns more seriously in the future.
