    I regularly visit this Subway and have never had such a disappointing experience before. After completing my order, the staff member did not ask whether I wanted any sauces with my two side orders. I had to approach her myself and ask for sauce. I requested two Sweet Onion sauces for my sides, but she told me they didn't have any. However, I later noticed that when preparing my sandwich, she opened the fridge, took out a new Sweet Onion sauce, and added it to my sandwich. I decided not to argue and instead asked for Chipotle sauce for my side. My little one finds it too spicy, I only requested one sauce at that time. After my daughter finished her sandwich, she wanted some sauce, so I went back to the counter and politely asked if I could have another Chipotle sauce. A staff member named Aruza, (may be the manager/ Asian lady ) was looking at her phone and told me that I would have to pay for it. When I explained that I had already purchased two side orders and asked if I could simply have another sauce, she continued looking at her phone and rudely replied that I should have asked for it when placing my order. Her attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. I told her that she was being rude. My daughter then asked again, and another staff member gave us the same response. I understand that different Subway locations may have different policies regarding sauces, but customer service should always come first, especially when dealing with children. What upset me most was not the policy itself, but the way we were treated. Aruza appeared uninterested in helping, remained focused on her phone, and handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner. I am very disappointed with this experience and hope management addresses the issue.

    Don't bother with the app. The last two times I have ordered ahead and they hadn't even started my order when I arrived. I wanted to give them one last chance and I write this as they are making my order, 10 minutes after the collection time. And unless you hang over the counter to see it its your order lying in the corner going cold, you arent aknowledged. At least I had company in the pissed off Just Eat driver who had been standing for about 15 mins before I arrived. Edit. Took a grand total of 20 mins after my collection time while they continued serving people who had just walked in. And not even an apology.

    Very disappointing and unhygienic experience. I was shocked to see staff using the same gloves to handle all food items, including meat and vegetables. There was no glove change or proper separation, which is absolutely unacceptable. I have eaten at Subway assuming there was proper hygiene and consideration for vegetarian customers, but this experience was truly bad and frankly disastrous. Cross-contamination like this completely defeats the purpose of offering vegetarian options. This needs to be taken seriously, as it’s not just poor service but a basic food safety issue.
